Strongknowledge of all governmental regulations concerning theoperations, e.g. OSHA, FDA, HAACP, as well as good manufacturingpractices for food processingfacilities
Ability to read, analyze, andinterpret technical procedures, or governmentalregulations.
Ability to write reports, businesscorrespondence, and procedure manuals.
Abilityto effectively present information and respond to questions fromgroups of managers, clients, customers, and the generalpublic.
Ability to work with mathematicalconcepts such as probability and statisticalinference.
Personal computer skills to includespreadsheet software and word processing software (MS Word& Excel).
Proven competency insupervisory activities which require conflict management,developing subordinates, directing subordinates, managing andmeasuring performance, motivating, building team spirit and morale,and understanding diverseviewpoints.
5 years of relatedfood experience to include at least 2 years at a Lead or Sr.Mechaniclevel.
